Something I did during my very spare moments of free time and after listening to Coldplay's "Atlas".
Because I'm a bit excited about 23th November and Ten returning. Just a bit. I'm only peeing myself from excitement. No big deal.
And because I made my bf watch Single Father (which he really liked btw) and I felt the need to draw some delicious Tennant.
Title is the opposite of "Vale Decem" because fuck thatwonderful song, Ten is coming back and this is a welcome, not a farewell.
